The Legislative Accountability Project (LAP) Report has evolved over the years from an inch-thick printed book of all votes recorded over the course of an entire session into today’s abridged vote-in-time snapshot along with a page of intel for each legislator.
The 2025 Legislative General Session in Wyoming was nothing short of historic. Over 800 bill drafts - of which more than 550 bills and resolutions were filed. There was not time to even considered all drafts for introduction.
The 2026 Legislative Budget Session in Wyoming was shorter and budget focused but still other bills were introduced and led to critical policy decisions that will shape the future of the state.
Each Year's Booklet has different bills selected to highlight. Be sure to read the first couple pages to get a summary of the bills highlighted in each year's LAP Book. We try to pick one from each of our founding pillars of interest: Labor, Social Justice, and Conservation - plus, one of the bills ESPC advocated for/against during the session - mostly election related these last two years.
