Executive Director
Jenny serves as the Executive Director of the Equality State Policy Center. She works with the Board of Directors to set strategic direction and ensures that the organization achieves its mission by guiding policy research, advocacy, and civic engagement education programing; as well as overseeing daily operations.
With over twenty-five years working in the non-profit domain, Jenny brings a desire for innovation and lessons learned to ESPC. She holds a Masters of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies related to Cross-Cultural Fluency and Systems Design and a Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Studies.
A Wyoming native, Jenny has also lived in Montana, Utah, and Colorado augmenting her perspective of the issues and solutions around the West. In her free time, she can be found watching a movie with her husband or outside on the trail with the family Labrador.
The Board of Directors of the Equality State Policy Center are responsible for setting the strategic direction for the organization that enables ESPC to fulfill its mission. Board members are responsible for safeguarding the mission, ensuring financial health, fundraising, and supporting the Executive Director and staff. Our Board of Directors includes an array of expertise both from the non-profit and private sectors. All members have a strong connection to the State of Wyoming and desire to ensure that separation of powers is preserved and that the representative republic set forth in our state constitution is upheld.
