ESPC released the third of three policy briefs in partnership with the Wyoming Women’s Foundation and the Wyoming Council for Women.
The new brief highlights the impact that COVID-19 had on women and families in Wyoming.
ESPC’s senior policy advisor Jen Simon joined Wyoming Women’s Foundation Director Bekah Smith to co-author the brief. The report is part of a larger conversation about women’s participation in Wyoming’s workforce, the importance of self-sufficient wages, the future of Wyoming’s economy, and policy recommendations to get us there.

And then read Jen’s latest column in the Casper Star Tribune looking at childcare–one of the policy changes that all three briefs support–and how an investment in childcare can bolster Wyoming’s economy and pandemic response.
