LEGISLATIVE SESSION: 2025 General Session
Every year, the Wyoming Legislature meets to introduce, discuss, and pass legislation. In odd years, like 2025, the Legislature will convene in a General Session. This means that bills only need a simple majority to be introduced and there will be a supplemental budget, which will take less time than a biennial budget as in a Budget Session.
The General Session is began on January 14, 2025 and adjourned on March 6, 2025.
2025 General Session Bills
At the Equality State Policy Center, we are actively at the Capitol—testifying, lobbying, and advocating on bills related to transparent government and fair elections. Our mission is to ensure Wyoming citizens are informed and empowered to make their voices heard and impact our state's future. View the ESPC bills below that are still in play.
