The People's Review
The Equality State Policy Center (ESPC) is a non-partisan coalition-based organization, advancing fair elections and transparent government in support of all Wyoming communities. We were founded over 30 years ago by Wyomingites for the people of Wyoming, the Equality State.
The People’s Review Legislative Accountability Project (LAP) Report has evolved over the years from an inch-thick printed book of all votes recorded over the course of an entire session into today’s abridged vote-in-time snapshot along with a page of intel for each legislator.
Yet, it is still designed as a tool for constituents to check that their elected legislators are representing their interests. A well-functioning representative democracy requires elected officials to genuinely listen to the voices of their constituents and respond with thoughtful, principled action.
