Ammon Medina – Development Fellow
Ammon received his undergraduate degree in English and Literature at Utah Valley University and his master’s degree in Creative Writing at the University of Wyoming. During his degree he was able to fund trips through grants and scholarships to Ecuador, Mexico, Chile, Los Angeles, and DC. As a writer he uses his voice to tell Latinx stories as a way of connecting to his Ecuadorean history. He is dedicated to fighting for equal rights and wants to make sure all voices have a seat at the table.
